<br>The aim of this special session is to bring together researchers and practitioners involved in all relevant applications of AI in the field of video games to discuss current work and future directions. This interaction will allow the communities to come closer and target joint goals for a wider impact.

<br>Potential participants are invited to submit either a full length paper (10-14 pages) or a short paper (5-6) in Springer LNCS format:

<br>The proceedings of the SETN-2014 conference will be published by Springer as a volume of the LNAI/LNCS series. Moreover, extended versions of selected best papers will be considered for possible publication in a special issue of the International Journal on Artificial Intelligence Tools (IJAIT).

<br>Submitting a paper to the conference means that in case of acceptance, at least one author is required to fully register for the conference in order for the paper to be included in the proceedings.
