The International Scientific Forum, ISF
2013, (12-14 December, Tirana, Albania)
is a high quality event, result of the
successful cooperation between the
European Scientific Institute, Vitrina
University, and the University of the
Azores.
Through internationalization of the
educational process – whose basic aim is
the promotion of researcher mobility –
this Forum will gather a large number of
researchers who will present their
scientific attainments in a number of
parallel sessions. Besides the
scientific part of the event, the
organizers will also add a social
programme. Sight seen tour of the
forum`s city and its surroundings will
be organized.
We expect the presence of academicians,
students, and researchers from all
around the globe, which will add a
special value to this summit academic
event.
The event has an interdisciplinary
concept and calls upon authors from all
scientific fields to take part with
their research.
The Forum will be a great experience for
its participants and a good opportunity
to discuss their topics of interest, to
present their personal opinions and
academic achievements, as well as to
